Fruit–n–Oat Bars

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 cup flour
¾ cup margarine (melted)
1/3 cup brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
One 10-12oz jar of fruit preserves

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
1 cup Sucanat
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 cup vegan margarine
1 1/4 cup soymilk
1 T baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
